Yossi Cohen, the current director of Mossad, was the inspiration for the fictional character Meir Levi in my book Kelilah: Deadly Embrace.
Yossi Cohen is the first Mossad director to go public more than his predecessors. It is also said that he believes in close cooperation and was a major influence on the recent Abraham Accords with various Arab countries. Watch his 2019 speech here:

Yeah, I do agree. He speaks more in public but still one of the main purposes of Mossad is to operate in secrecy.
